Harmonia Support Services was founded through lived experience and a deep commitment to improving quality of life for people living with disability. This commitment shapes everything we do — supporting individuals to pursue meaningful, self-directed outcomes at every stage of life.
Our founder, Nella, brings over a decade of professional experience in community services, alongside lived experience that informs the way supports are thoughtfully designed and delivered.
Her background spans early childhood, disability, mental health, forensic, and ageing sectors, with experience as an educator, frontline support worker and leader, and Support Coordinator and Case Manager.
Having worked across both direct practice and leadership, Nella understands the day-to-day realities faced by participants and families, as well as the importance of building capable, values-aligned support teams.
She has worked within local government, public health services, and private NDIS organisations, developing a strong understanding of how systems operate — and how to navigate them strategically in the best interests of participants and their families. Community services is not simply a profession, but a lifelong commitment grounded in integrity, advocacy, and high standards of care.
